Scott Schnaars, Director of Sales at Badgeville
Badgeville is a white label Social Rewards and Analytics platform for web and mobile publishers, helping them to increase the loyalty and engagement of their web audience. Their customers come from a wide variety of verticals including retail, entertainment, publishing, education, enterprise and more.
Scott heads up enterprise sales out of Badgeville's headquarters in San Francisco. Previously, he has worked in technology and Internet sales, business development, and operations at diverse list of companies, including SocialText, Borland, WebEx, Motorola, and Yahoo! At Badgeville, Scott especially enjoys working with companies in order to help them better harness the power of loyalty and analytics.
Scott will teach us about digital loyalty platforms and about using gamification to drive engagement.
Jennifer Banovetz, VP Consumer Marketing at Edelman PR
Edelman was the first PR firm to apply public relations to building consumer brands. They were the first to use a toll-free consumer hotline, and the first to employ the Web in crisis management. In this era of mass personalization, people expect greater participation in their favorite brands and companies. Edelman believes that PR provides the immediacy and transparency to build credibility and trust with customers.
Jennifer provides senior leadership and strategic consumer brand building counsel managing Experian Consumer Direct, ONEHOPE Wine, and Volkswagen. In the past, Jennifer has worked with Chevron, Hilton Hotels, and Corner Bakery Cafe. She also managed global sponsorship relations and on-site media relations and logistics for Live Earth – the concert for climate change.

They talk with target market customers about their pain and problems one on one They offer customers multiple ways to provide feedback to them and have set up escalation triggers that allow Central Desktop to respond to feedback nearly instantly.
Arnulf will share how Central Desktop has combined the use of technology and live expertise, from within the company and from its user base, to improve its product and customer experience.
Bryan Boettger, Chief Creative Officer at The Buddy Group
Bryan oversees the quality of major initiatives coming out of The Buddy Group and has worked with such clients as Old Navy, eBay, YouTube, Epson, Western Digital and Experian. Bryan has been called upon to speak on digital marketing for YouTube, PointRoll, Streaming Media magazine and others. He brings both Agency-side and Client-side expertise to his role, having successfully started his own publishing company; built the brand of a business off-shoot of international liquor company Diageo; and independently consulted on creative strategy for a variety of companies large and small.
